Charming old villa located in northern Tuscany. The building dates back to the late 18th century. “Mulino Vecchio” means “old mill” in Italian, and that’s exactly what it used to be. Wanting to share its magical atmosphere with our guests, we have done our utmost to combine the history of this place with the highest modern standards. Our guests can relax in the outdoor swimming pool, sunbathe in a specially prepared area, or taste our grapes while strolling through the beautiful vineyard.

The villa features three separate bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a living room. Additionally, there is a separate apartment for two people with a private bathroom and kitchen. Outside, there is a large terrace with two tables, a relaxation area, and a gas grill. For all lovers of Italian cuisine, there is also a traditional Tuscan brick pizza oven.

The villa is located in the magical village of Pieve San Lorenzo, in the heart of the Apuan Alps. Our guests can relax here, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and tourist crowds. The town is surrounded by beautiful mountain peaks. It takes less than an hour to reach seaside towns. A train from the local station takes you to the famous Cinque Terre. There are numerous hiking trails, cycling routes, and lakes in the area.
